GymRiff (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the GymRiff mobile application.
1. Data Collection
GymRiff is designed as an offline-first application. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal workout data to external servers. All workout plans, workout history, and body data entered into the app are stored locally on your device only.
2. Personal Information
GymRiff does not require account creation.
We do not collect personal identifiers such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Location
3. Workout and Body Data
Any workout or body-related data you enter:
- remains on your device,
- is not transmitted to us,
- is not sold or shared for advertising or profiling.
You are fully responsible for managing and backing up your own data.
4. Purchases and Billing
GymRiff may offer premium functionality through one-time in-app purchases. All payment transactions are securely processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store payment card details.

5. Analytics and Tracking
GymRiff does not use third-party analytics tools for behavioral tracking by default. The app is designed to work without advertising profiles, cloud user accounts, or invasive tracking.
6. Data Export and Backup
GymRiff may allow you to export or import your data, for example through local backup files. These files are created locally on your device and are shared only when you explicitly choose to export them.
7. Third-Party Services
GymRiff uses limited third-party services strictly for app functionality, such as:
- Google Play Billing
- Google Play distribution infrastructure
- Google Play diagnostics and Android vitals
These services may process technical data according to their own privacy policies.
8. Data Security
Because your core data stays on your device, there is no server-side storage of your workout history or body data by us. Device-level protection such as PIN, passcode, or biometrics is recommended.
9. Children’s Privacy
GymRiff is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If updates are made, the “Last updated” date will be changed on this page.
